Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
